Enabling Information:Enabling legislation for HJR 14 and HJR 139.
Remarks:This Act takes effect September 1, 2009, but only if a specific appropriation for the implementation of the Act is provided in a general appropriations act of the 81st Legislature. Sections 10 and 11 take effect immediately, and Sections 14 and 16 take effect only if HJR 14 is approved by the voters.
