The Senate Committee on Natural Resources will hear invited testimony from a representative from the Office of the Attorney General regarding agency updates as it relates to the committee.

The Committee will meet to consider the following:

SB 766         Zaffirini               
Relating to the correction of references to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.

SB 290         Miles                    
Relating to notice to property owners regarding certain stationary LP-gas installations.

SB 494         Sparks | et al.         
Relating to the establishment of a theft of petroleum products task force.

SB 1145        Birdwell | et al.       
Relating to the authority of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to issue permits for the land application of water produced from certain mining and oil and gas extraction operations.

Public testimony is limited to 3 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 20 copies to the committee clerk with your name or the name of your organization on each copy, and email a digital copy to the clerk of the committee at Jennifer.Trevino_SC@senate.texas.gov
