Relating to the authority of the legislature or a state court to declare certain federal actions to be unconstitutional federal actions, including the effect and enforcement of such a declaration.

Relating to the issuance of a license to carry a handgun to certain retired county court judges.

HB 2702        Raymond | et al.         SP: Hinojosa, Adam
Relating to prohibiting certain limitations on the operation of certain organizations that benefit veterans during a declared state of disaster.

Relating to allowing the governing bodies of certain political subdivisions to call for a local option election relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages.

HB 3225        Alders | et al.          SP: Hughes
Relating to the restriction of access by minors to sexually explicit materials in municipal public library collections; providing a civil penalty.

Relating to the use of a wireless communication device at a polling place.

HB 4285        McQueeney | et al.       SP: Parker
Relating to the storage of alcoholic beverages by the holder of a passenger transportation permit.

HB 5138        Shaheen | et al.         SP: Hughes
Relating to the duty of the attorney general to prosecute criminal offenses prescribed by the election laws of this state.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, please provide 25 copies to the committee clerk with your name
