Relating to certain rights of the sole managing conservator of a child in relation to the child's enrollment in school.

HB 2733        Canales                   SP: Parker
Relating to the prosecution of the criminal offenses of prohibited barratry and solicitation of professional employment.

HB 3104        McLaughlin               SP: Zaffirini
Relating to the appointment and compensation of a bailiff appointed by the judges of certain district courts in Webb County.

HB 3395        VanDeaver                SP: Hughes
Relating to authorizing a beneficiary designation that transfers a manufactured home classified as personal property at the owner's death.

HB 4325        Moody | et al.           SP: Hinojosa, Juan "Chuy"
Relating to civil liability for prohibited barratry.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, please provide 15 copies to the committee clerk with your name
