The Senate Committee on Jurisprudence will consider the following:

 

SB 66          Zaffirini
Relating to the authority of a supporter regarding legal proceedings granted under a supported decision-making agreement.

SB 2165        Parker
Relating to prohibiting the dismissal of certain suits affecting the parent-child relationship involving the Department of Family and Protective Services.

SB 2342        Zaffirini
Relating to the application for appointment of a guardian and to requiring criminal history record information and other information in connection with the guardianship of a ward or the ward's estate.

SB 2878        Hughes
Relating to the operation and administration of and practices and procedures related to proceedings in the judicial branch of state government.

SB 2903        Zaffirini
Relating to documents required to be submitted by a guardian of the estate.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, please provide 25 copies to the committee clerk with your name

and the bill number on each copy.
