Pursuant to a notice posted on May 16, 2025, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Metcalf, at 9:34 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Metcalf; Flores; DeAyala; Kerwin; Orr; Vasut; and Ward Johnson.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SCR 19, the companion to HCR 109.

The chair moved that SCR 19, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
