Pursuant to a notice posted on April 4, 2025, and permission granted on April 9, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 8:07 a.m.
