Pursuant to a notice posted on March 7, 2025, and permission granted on March 12, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 8:01 a.m.
