Pursuant to a notice posted on October 8, 2025, revised on October 20, 2025, the House Committee on Energy Resources, Subcommittee on Underground Facility Safety, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gerdes, at 11:02 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gerdes; Dyson; and Rosenthal.

A quorum was present.

The committee met for organizational purposes and heard updates from the state agencies, organizations, and subject matters under its jurisdiction.
