Pursuant to a notice posted on May 2, 2025, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on New Offenses and Changed Penalties,  met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Louderback, at 8:06 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Louderback; Little; and Moody.
