Pursuant to a notice posted on May 1, 2025, revised on May 5, 2025, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 5, 2025, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 8:02 a.m.
