CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 8, 2025, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence held on May 2, 2025. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 2, 2025, and permission granted on May 2, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 11:06 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smithee; Wu; Bowers; Cook; Jones, Jolanda; Little; Louderback; Money; Moody; and Rodríguez Ramos.
A quorum was present.

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which HB 2507 was reported from committee. The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
