CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 8, 2025, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence held on May 1, 2025. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 30, 2025, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 9:05 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smithee; Wu; Bowers; Cook; Jones, Jolanda; Little; Louderback; Money; Moody; and Rodríguez Ramos.
A quorum was present.
The chair directed that the April 15, 2025 minutes for the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
