Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 16, 2025, and permission granted on April 16, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 3:01 p.m.
