CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 15, 2025, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence held on March 25, 2025. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2025, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 10:33 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smithee; Cook; Jones, Jolanda; Little; Louderback; Money; Moody; and Virdell.
A quorum was present.
