Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2025, revised on March 13, 2025, and an announcement from the House floor on March 18, 2025, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 12:16 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smithee; Wu; Cook; Jones, Jolanda; Louderback; Moody; and Virdell.
