Pursuant to a notice posted on August 22, 2025, and permission granted on August 25, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 5:12 p.m.

Representative Kitzman offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
