The committee will also consider the following bills:

Relating to the authority of a municipality, county, or property owners' association to prohibit or regulate certain activities on residence homestead property.

HB 162         Murr                                      
Relating to minimum standards for prescribed burns.

HB 590         Bailes                                    
Relating to the labeling and sale of Texas honey.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes.
