On May 19, 2023, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services held on May 15, 2023. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2023, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 5:01 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Capriglione; Lambert; Bhojani; Bryant; Frazier; Leo-Wilson; Plesa; and VanDeaver.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

SB 1446

 

The chair laid out SB 1446 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

The chair moved that SB 1446, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Capriglione; Lambert; Frazier; Leo-Wilson; VanDeaver (5).

 

Nays:                           Representatives Bhojani; Bryant; Plesa (3).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representative Vo (1).

 

SB 1607

 

The chair laid out SB 1607 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that SB 1607, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Capriglione; Lambert; Bhojani; Bryant; Frazier; Leo-Wilson; Plesa; VanDeaver (8).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

The chair laid out SB 2035 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that SB 2035, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
