Pursuant to a notice posted on May 5, 2023, revised on May 8, 2023 and May 9, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 8, 2023 and on May 9, 2023, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 8:02 a.m.
