On April 19, 2023, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services held on April 17, 2023. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2023, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 1:46 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Capriglione; Lambert; Bhojani; Bryant; Frazier; Leo-Wilson; Plesa; VanDeaver; and Vo.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 225

 

The chair laid out HB 225 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that HB 225, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Capriglione; Lambert; Frazier; Leo-Wilson; VanDeaver (5).

 

Nays:                           Representatives Bhojani; Bryant; Plesa; Vo (4).

The chair laid out HB 3899 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
