Pursuant to a notice posted on April 5, 2023, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Goldman, at 3:34 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Goldman; Anderson; Bailes; Craddick; Darby; Gerdes; Guerra; Thierry; and Zwiener.
