Pursuant to a notice posted on April 13, 2023, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Asset Forfeiture,  met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harrison, at 8:25 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harrison; Morales, Christina; and Schatzline.
