Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2023, revised on April 3, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 3, 2023, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Moody, at 12:23 p.m.
