Pursuant to a notice posted on March 9, 2023, revised on March 13, 2023, and permission granted on March 14, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Moody, at 11:22 a.m.
