CORRECTED MINUTES

 

On May 4, 2023 and April 20, 2023, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock held on April 14, 2023. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 13, 2023, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cain, at 11:52 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Cain; Anderson; Bernal; Goodwin; Kitzman; Rosenthal; Thimesch; and Wilson.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

SB 1414

 

The chair laid out SB 1414, the companion to House Bill 1560. House Bill 1560 was previously heard by the committee.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

The chair moved that SB 1414, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
