Pursuant to a notice posted on March 15, 2023, and permission granted on March 16, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cain, at 11:04 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Cain; Anderson; Bernal; Goodwin; Harris, Cody; Kitzman; Rosenthal; Thimesch; and Wilson.

The chair laid out HB 1750 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
