AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the date by which the Texas Energy Reliability Council |
|
|
is required to submit to the legislature a report on the reliability |
|
|
and stability of the electricity supply chain. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 418.310(a), Government Code, is amended |
|
|
to read as follows: |
|
|
(a) Not later than December [November] 1 of each |
|
|
even-numbered year, the council shall submit to the legislature a |
|
|
report on the reliability and stability of the electricity supply |
|
|
chain in this state. |
|
|
SECTION 2. The change in law made by this Act applies only |
|
|
to a report submitted on or after the effective date of this Act. |
|
|
SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
