The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

SB 124         West                   
Relating to the authority of a county to require electronic bids or proposals for competitive bidding.

SB 295         Lucio | et al.          
Relating to the unlawful restraint of a dog; creating a criminal offense.

SB 337         West                   
Relating to the authority of a political subdivision to regulate construction and renovation of structures owned by certain counties.

For members of the public who wish to provide oral testimony, please limit prepared remarks to three (3) minutes. If providing written testimony, please submit twenty (20) copies, with your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing. Copies will be distributed to Committee Members and will be part of our public record.
