The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

SB 177         Perry                  
Relating to a petition filed for a place on the ballot as a candidate for the board of directors of the Wilbarger County Hospital District.

SB 235         Nelson                 
Relating to the authority of certain municipalities to propose a fire control, prevention, and emergency medical services district.

SB 319         Perry                  
Relating to the authority of the Lubbock County Hospital District of Lubbock County, Texas, to employ and commission peace officers.

SB 354         Lucio                  
Relating to authority of certain officers of certain counties to disburse or direct payment of county funds for salaries or expenses.

For members of the public who wish to provide oral testimony, please limit prepared remarks to three (3) minutes. If providing written testimony, please submit twenty (20) copies, with your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing. Copies will be distributed to Committee Members and will be part of our public record.
