The subcommittee on Articles VI, VII, and VIII will meet to hear testimony on House Budget recommendations for the following agencies:

 

·                Public Utility Commission of Texas

·                Office of Public Utility Counsel

·                Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

·                State Office of Administrative Hearings

·                Texas Funeral Service Commission

·                Board of Professional Geoscientists

·                Office of Injured Employee Counsel

·                Office of Public Insurance COunsel

·                Board of Plumbing Examiners

·                Texas Racing Commission

·                Texas State Securities Board

 

Public testimony will be taken and may be limited to five minutes.

 

Agenda items not considered during this hearing may be carried over to a future schedule.
