The chair called the meeting to order at 9:32 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The Chair called invited witnesses to testify on agenda items related to COVID-19 impacts. Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.

There being no further business, at 1:27 PM Senator Kolkhorst moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
