Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 2019, revised on April 3, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 3, 2019, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Huberty, at 12:47 p.m.
