Pursuant to a notice posted on May 18, 2019, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, at 8:20 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Morrison; González, Mary; Bernal; Buckley; Harris; Hefner; Middleton; and Springer.
