Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 14, 2019, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, at 5:08 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Morrison; González, Mary; Bernal; Buckley; Harris; Middleton; Springer; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

Representative Walle moved that the floor amendment to SB 1164 offered by Representative Morrison, the floor amendment to SB 1876 offered by Representative Middleton, the floor amendment to SB 1887 offered by Representative Springer and the floor amendment to SB 2505 offered by Representative Gonzalez, Mary be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 17, 2019.

Representative González, Mary moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: SB 1861.  The motion prevailed without objection.
