Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 3, 2019, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, at 1:08 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Morrison; González, Mary; Bernal; Bowers; Buckley; Hefner; Martinez; Springer; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

Representative Martinez moved that the floor amendment to HB 2959 offered by Representative Springer and the floor amendment to HCR 76 offered by Representative Gonzalez be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Tuesday, May 7, 2019.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Walle moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: HB 737, HB 1201, HB 1938, HB 2942, HB 4441.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Hefner moved that the following measures not be placed on the calendar at this time:  HB 2807.
