Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 6, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 7, 2019, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Chris, at 8:32 a.m.
