Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 13, 2019, and a subsequent suspension of the rules confirming the announcement on May 14, 2019, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Thompson, Ed, at 3:20 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Ed; Blanco; Kacal; Kuempel; Reynolds; Turner, John; and Zwiener.
