Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 2019, revised on April 4, 2019, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lozano, at 11:50 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Lozano; Thompson, Ed; Blanco; Morrison; Reynolds; and Turner, John.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The committee met jointly with the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety to hear invited testimony on the ITC incident in Deer Park, TX.
