Pursuant to a notice posted on April 26, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 30, 2019 and on May 1, 2019, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 9:10 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Bohac; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Biedermann; Rosenthal; and Stickland.
