CORRECTED MINUTES

On March 5, 2019, the House Committee on Business & Industry authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Business & Industry held on February 19, 2019. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2019, revised on February 14, 2019, and permission granted on February 19, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Martinez Fischer, at 1:20 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Martinez Fischer; Darby; Collier; Landgraf; Patterson; and Shine.

A quorum was present.

The Business and Industry Committee met to hear invited testimony on issues related to the committee’s jurisdiction.
