Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2019, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Springer, at 1:03 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Springer; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Beckley; Burns; Fierro; Meza; Raymond; and Zwiener.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

The committee met jointly with the Senate Committee on Agriculture to hear invited testimony on issues related to agriculture and livestock.
