Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2019, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII & VIII met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose, at 7:36 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Rose; Bell, Cecil; Muñoz, Jr.; Smith; Toth; and Wilson.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Minjarez now present.)

The committee met to consider riders for Articles VI, VII, and VIII.

At 8:54 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
