Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2019, revised on February 25, 2019, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII & VIII met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose, at 8:06 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Rose; Bell, Cecil; Minjarez; Muñoz, Jr.; Smith; and Toth.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Wilson now present.)

The committee met to consider House budget recommendations for Articles VI, VII, and VIII.

At 8:48 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess.

The committee reconvened at 12:47 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Rose; Bell, Cecil; Minjarez; Muñoz, Jr.; and Smith.

A quorum was present.

The committee met to consider House budget recommendations for Articles VI, VII, and VIII.

At 1:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
