The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

Relating to the award of court costs and attorney's fees in certain actions challenging an order, ordinance, or similar measure of a political subdivision or the failure of an officer of a political subdivision to perform certain actions.

SB 1043       Taylor, Larry          
Relating to the creation of the Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 70; granting a limited power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes.

SB 1067       Schwertner             
Relating to the dissolution of the Chisholm Trail Special Utility District.

SB 1100       Taylor, Larry          
Relating to the creation of the Brazoria County Management District No. 1; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes.

SB 1117       Creighton              
Relating to the offense of failure to comply with an order from a fire marshal and the authority of certain county employees to issue citations for certain violations.

SB 1260       Creighton              
Relating to the Chambers County Improvement District No. 2.

SB 1373       Menéndez               
Relating to the applicability of municipal zoning ordinances to certain open-enrollment charter schools.

SB 1992       Watson                 
Relating to the allocation of housing tax credits to developments within proximate geographical areas.

SB 2014       Creighton              
Relating to consent of municipalities in the creation of municipal utility districts.

SB 2243       Buckingham             
Relating to the powers and duties and election of the board of directors of the West Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 3.

SB 2248       Creighton              
Relating to the powers of the Harris County Improvement District No. 17.

SB 2249       Creighton              
Relating to the creation of the East Lake Houston Management District; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, or taxes.

SB 2256       Kolkhorst              
Relating to the compensation of and reimbursement of expenses of the directors of the Aliana Management District.

SB 2271       Creighton              
Relating to the creation of Port Neches Improvement District; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, or taxes.

SB 2272       Creighton              
Relating to the creation of the Beaumont Municipal Management District No. 1; providing authority to issue bonds and impose assessments, fees, or taxes.

The Committee may also consider pending business.
