The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

SB 295        Hinojosa
Relating to the issuance of certain capital appreciation bonds by political subdivisions.

SB 468        Lucio
Relating to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of certain municipalities in coastal border counties.

SB 914        Campbell
Relating to the creation of the Kendall County Water Control and Improvement District No. 3; granting a limited power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes.

SB 1462       Hinojosa
Relating to local health care provider participation programs in certain counties and municipalities.

SB 1780       Zaffirini
Relating to the amount of compensation and allowances of a county auditor in certain counties.

SB 1842       Lucio
Relating to an application for the amendment of a certificate of public convenience and necessity in an area within the boundaries of a political subdivision.

The Committee may consider pending business.
