The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

Relating to certain notice of the extent of a municipality or its extraterritorial jurisdiction.

SB 692        Rodríguez
Relating to regulation by certain counties of lots in platted subdivisions that have remained undeveloped for 25 years or more.

SB 715        Campbell | et al.
Relating to municipal annexation.

SB 1238       Rodríguez
Relating to the eligibility of certain at-risk developments to receive low income housing tax credits.

The Committee may consider pending business.

For members of the public who wish to provide written testimony, please submit twenty (20) copies, with your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing.  Copies will be distributed to Committee Members and will be part of our public record.
