The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

Relating to broker agreements for the leasing of real property owned by a county.

SB 601        Campbell               
Relating to authorizing an exemption for open-enrollment charter schools from certain municipal drainage requirements.

SB 881        Uresti
Relating to the board of directors of the Maverick County Hospital District.

SJR 27        Taylor, Van
Proposing a constitutional amendment repealing county authority to provide for manual labor poor houses and farms.

For members of the public who wish to provide oral testimony, please limit prepared remarks to three (3) minutes.  If providing written testimony, please submit twenty (20) copies, with your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing.  Copies will be distributed to Committee Members and will be part of our public record.
