Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Administration was held on Thursday, March 30, 2017, in the E1.714.

The chair called the meeting to order at 8:02 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The following member arrived after the roll was called: Senator West

Senator Burton moved adoption of the committee rules. There being no objection, it was so ordered.

The chair laid out the list of bills recommended for placement on the Local and Uncontested Calendar to be held on April 3, 2017 at 12:30 PM.

Senator Burton moved that the list of bills be recommended for placement on the Local & Uncontested Calendar to be held on April 3, 2017 at 12:30 PM be certified. Without objection, it was so ordered.

There being no further business, at 8:13 AM Senator Burton moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
