Amend CSSB 1004 (senate committee report) as follows:
(1) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 284.002(10)(A)(i), Local Government Code (page 2, line 54), strike "and".
(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 284.002(10)(A), Local Government Code (page 2, between lines 57 and 58), insert the following:
(iii) coaxial or fiber-optic cable that is immediately adjacent to and directly associated with a particular collocation; and
